While you are out on bond with us you have conditions that you must follow. You must check in with us every Monday. You must notify us of any changes to your address, phone number, or place of employment.
Some Charges the court will set conditions on. You must comply with those conditions or risk getting a show-cause hearing. A show cause hearing is a hearing where you have to explain to the Judge why you are not following the court's conditions of Bond.
